Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our real estate brokerage services, specifically catering to international clients. This role involves conducting property research, coordinating with real estate agencies across Japan, and assisting our sales team with reporting and information sharing. Qualifications

• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency required. Business-level English is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar applications.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Must reside in or near Nagoya.

Job Details

• Location: Nagoya (Hybrid: remote and in-office)
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
• Employment Type: Full-time (no contract work)

Responsibilities

• Search for properties suitable for purchase based on client needs and preferences.
• Act as a liaison between our company and real estate agencies across Japan, maintaining collaborative relationships.
• Assist in data reporting, summarizing information, and presenting findings to the sales team.
• Support sales teams in preparing materials and ensuring accurate communication between all parties involved.
